Glass, Hard Plastic and Wood Policy

The use of glass, hard plastic, and wood materials is restricted and constantly monitored in our facility.

Where glass is required, it must be coated with a protective material.
Except for product containers, no glass containers, bottles, jars, or other fragile materials may be kept in the production area or stored in packaging material warehouses.

The glassware in the laboratory is recorded and checked daily by the Quality Manager.
In the event of glass breakage anywhere within the premises, glass breakage cleanup instructions must be followed.
All glass and rigid plastic materials within the entire facility are inspected monthly, and records are kept by the Quality Manager.
The Production Supervisor issues the necessary warnings to prevent the use of any wooden materials in our facility, and entry to wooden material production areas is not permitted. In cases of pallet shortage within the facility, the use of wooden pallets is temporarily permitted and recorded in the monitoring forms.
